Refund policy
All prints are made to order using customer-uploaded files. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, nor do we offer refunds for:

change of mind after purchase

dissatisfaction with the colour, contrast, tonal range, or overall appearance of the final print, including differences between on-screen display and printed output

issues caused by low-resolution, poor-quality, or incorrectly prepared files

sizing or cropping choices selected at checkout
We strongly encourage customers to review their files carefully before placing an order. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us at info@thegicleeshop.com.
Damages and issues
If your order is damaged, defective, or contains a confirmed production error (such as the wrong size, wrong image), please contact us at info@thegicleeshop.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can make it right.
When contacting us, please include:
- Order #
- Clear photos of the damage/defects
- Photos of the packaging (including the shipping box)
Once confirmed, we will reprint and reship the affected items at no cost. In most cases, no return of the damaged print is required.
Claims submitted without photos or outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
Refunds
All prints are custom made to order and are final sale.
In rare cases where a reprint is not possible or does not resolve a confirmed production error, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
