Processing Time
All prints are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment after your order is placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery estimates are in addition to processing time and are provided by the carrier. They are not guaranteed, particularly during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control.
Carriers
We ship primarily via Purolator for Canadian orders and FedEx for US orders. Depending on your location and order details, we may occasionally ship via other carriers to ensure the best rate and service for your shipment.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
PO Box Shipping
Shipping to PO boxes is available for an additional fee. If your order is shipped to a PO box, we will contact you before processing your shipment with an updated shipping invoice. Your order will not ship until the additional charge is confirmed.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Canada and the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damages & Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your prints for safe transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a confirmed production error (such as the wrong size or wrong image), please contact us at info@thegicleeshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- Photos of the packaging, including the shipping box
Once confirmed, we will reprint and reship the affected items at no cost. In most cases, no return of the damaged print is required. Claims submitted without photos or outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
Returns & Refunds
All prints are made to order using customer-uploaded files. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
